Renaissance Group began its journey with the establishment of Araf Apparel Ltd., laying the foundation as a trusted apparel sourcing and trading partner. Serving renowned global retailers including Marks & Spencer and American Eagle, Araf established the group's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer-centric service.

The group's first wholly owned woven apparel manufacturing facility marked the beginning of Renaissance's manufacturing journey. Today, it proudly produces for internationally recognized brands, including Zara, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Hanes, and many others.

Our first circular knit cut-and-sew manufacturing facility was established to deliver world-class jersey apparel. Interstoff Clothing has become a trusted co-creation partner for leading European retailers, including Marks & Spencer, Primark, Sainsbury's, and many more.

Built to expand Renaissance's circular knit capabilities, Interstoff Apparels strengthened our manufacturing capacity while continuing to support some of Europe's most respected fashion retailers through innovation, quality, and speed.

Pandora Sweaters rapidly became one of Bangladesh's premier sweater manufacturers, producing premium knitwear for brands including NEXT, H&M, Marks & Spencer, and many others. Today, Pandora proudly stands among NEXT UK's largest sweater manufacturing partners in Bangladesh.

Established to strengthen our circular knit manufacturing platform, Renaissance Apparels serves leading retailers, including Big W, Woolworths Group, Target Australia, Meijer, and numerous global fashion brands, with exceptional quality and dependable delivery

AHIRI represents Renaissance's vision of creating consumer-facing fashion brands. Designed in Toronto, AHIRI is a premium North American womenswear private label combining contemporary design, quality craftsmanship, and accessible luxury.

Southern Garments represents the Renaissance's newest generation of manufacturing excellence—a state-of-the-art LEED-certified green circular knit facility designed to serve the world's leading fashion retailers through innovation, sustainability, automation, and world-class production standards.

Headquartered in Toronto, Renaissance Americas Inc. serves as the group's North American headquarters, combining local design expertise, strategic sourcing, product development, and customer collaboration to help brands bring innovative products to market faster and more efficiently.

SF Cargo was established as Renaissance Group's logistics and freight forwarding arm, providing reliable end-to-end shipping, logistics, and supply chain solutions that seamlessly connect our manufacturing operations with customers worldwide.
