Firoj Khan

Firoj Khan is the Head of Business at Renaissance Americas Inc.,
leading strategic growth and partnerships across North America. With
16 years of experience spanning apparel manufacturing, trading, and
retail, he offers a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of the
global apparel industry.

Previously, Firoj spent six years at Walmart Sourcing as Sourcing
Manager, serving as the primary liaison for Menswear for George and
Athletic Works with Walmart Canada’s buying team. His leadership
drove $55M in annual sales growth and strengthened vendor
relationships through KPI-driven onboarding and product innovation.

A former Learning Champion across 18 Walmart sourcing countries and
an experienced trainer, Firoj blends operational expertise with a passion
for talent development. He is an avid reader, founder of the UNF Page
Turners book club, and is pursuing a Master of Management in
Emerging Technologies at the University of Niagara Falls, Canada.
